Can I send a wig from any brand to you? 

 - Yes you can send any brand of wig to us.  As long as the wig is in wearable condition for resale we can accept it. We do not accept any lace front basic styles and only accept luxury monofilament caps and human hair. 

How do you decide how much to sell my wig for? 

- There are lots of factors that go into pricing a wig for resale such as condition, quality, smell, color, demand of style and more. As a business we want to be fair to all consumers by offering product quality that is reflected in the chosen pricing. 

How many wigs can I send you at one time? 

- Please limit the wigs you send to 10 per package. You pay to ship them to us and we will inspect them upon arrival and start listing them. 

Can I see my wigs for sale on your site? 

- Once we list your items we will contact you with your listing numbers so that you can watch them sell.

When will I hear from you after I ship you my wigs? 

- Please follow your tracking number to see when your items were delivered. 

Please give us up to 90 days after confirmed delivery to list your wigs. 

Once we list your items we will send you an email with your listing #s so that you can watch your products. 

How much will I make when you sell my wig? 

- We list it, sell it, and ship it all for a small 45% fee. You make 55% of the selling price of the wig before taxes. If you chose to take a store credit you will receive 65% of the selling price. We will only be able to honor store credit for Wear It Again Wigs due to accounting reasons. 

After my wig sells when do I get paid? 

- After your wig sells we will ship it within 72 hours. After the customer gets the product and the transaction is complete you will get paid your 55% to your PayPal email address provided. This process can take up to 90 days. 

What if my wigs do not sell? 

 - If we cannot sell your wig we will ship it back to you for FREE or donate it. You will select your preference when filling out the shipping form. 

How do I send them to you? 

 - You can send them to us in the original boxes or ziplock bags. Our team will repackage and make the product presentable for sale so you don't have to! 

If I purchase a wig from you and do not like it can I return it? 

- All wigs purchased from Wear It Again Wigs are final sale but you can always sell it again through our services if it does not work for you.
